The daily schedule for the 2014 LGBT Booth follows. A shift that is filled is marked covered, if no one has volunteered for a shift it is marked open, if additional volunteers are needed for a shift, the number of people needed is marked in the shift slot.
For Pride Day, Faith Days, Youth Day and Transgender Day the days are listed as covered because people from organizations have volunteered to cover the shifts, as people from the organizations volunteer for specific shifts, those shift will be marked covered.

We provide tickets for volunteers (on the day of their shift unless there are exceptional circumstances), and reimburse volunteers for their parking expense up to five dollars, the fee for parking in the general lot.
We provide volunteers with information about the specfiics of running the booth, petitions (if any), and issues we will be addressing by email prior to the Fair.
